If you are using an ATM for the withdrawal, then you can get your payment by following this method:

Step 1: Go to the ABSA ATM

Go to the nearest ABSA ATM to start the withdrawal process. You can also locate the ABSA ATM in your area by visiting the ABSA branch or ATM locator at https://www.absa.co.za/find-us/.

Step 2: Enter Your SASSA Mobile Number

Now, select the “Cash Send” option at the ATM. You will be asked to enter the phone number. Please provide the mobile number you have linked to SASSA. 

Step 3: Provide Your OTP

SASSA will send a one-time PIN to your phone number. Please enter this OTP on the ATM screen.

Step 4: Withdraw Your Payment

Now, go to the ABSA staff and tell him you want to receive your payment via Cash Send. The staff will ask for your SASSA phone number Please provide the mobile number associated with SASSA.

Step 3: Provide Your OTP for the Verification
